Register your steps count in MrWalker App. Set up a competition with your friends and the app will help to keep track of how much you and your friends are walking or running. The program allows you to share the results with your followers on Twitter. You can for example set a goal for your competition, walking or running the distance to e.g. Chicago, and see who will arrive first.
If you want to include other activities like swimming, cycling etc. you can find tables on Internet for converting different activities to steps that can be entered here.
